What would be a proper bid for demo ing a 35 ft limestone chimney stack?
Day 1) I am assuming about 4 to 5 hrs assembling scaffolding, and half demo'ed in about 5 more hours.
Day 2) 4 to 5 more hrs to demo the rest and 4 to 5 hrs to put tyvec on for water barrier
Day 3) 4 to 6 hrs to disassemble scaffold and return to rental facility.
The owner is paying for tyvec and all other materials, I will have a laborer helping me, We will be stacking the limestone that falls but literally right there beside scaffold. The owner is renting scaffold, I will be picking it up, and returning. I have bid 1200 (labor only) asuming it will take 3 days or 4 at the very most. Does the bid amount and time frame seem reasonable?
Of course, I have rotary power HD Drill/hamer, a rock/dig bar, chisels and sledge hammers.
Forget dimensions
35 ft high x 7 ft wide x 5 ft deep
35' tall is up there. I would think that limestone falling that far is going to require a ground man to move the fallen chunks out of the path of the next ones so they all don't shatter to pcs.
This will take longer than you think. I am coming up with about 2 +1/2 full 8 hour days for a crew of 3. You need a ground man on this job. You also need to get walkboards around the other 3 sides of the chimney. Does this chimney have a liner? Is there a cricket framed on the roof side of the chimney? will you need to remove this cricket as well as patching in the hole through the roof?
I suggest you give the owner a price based on the highest labor you think it will take - and then agree if it goes quicker that you will reduce the price to reflect the actual time it takes. This could be a real back breaker for you. I wish i could see this chimney - but sounds as if you may lose your shirt if you don't increase your man hours on this one.

Runescape Fletching Manual by Lee Yang
1. Summary Of Fletching
Fletching is one of the most respected abilities in Runescape mainly because of its fast xp gain, makes lots of dollars and can make you rich with the appropriate abilities. So do you want to know what fletching is? Well Fletching is really a skill that lets you make your own ranging weapons, including unique bolts, arrows, bows, and darts. And all you just will need is an axe (for cutting trees) and a Knife for your fundamental equipment.
2. Abilities Needed To Do Far more In This Skill
The skills you mostly desire to have since these will make fletching less difficult are woodcutting (to get the wood), smithing (to get the arrow heads, etc.), mining (acquiring ores for bars), combat (to get the feathers from the chickens!), and magic (to alch the bows for $$).
3. Making Arrows
First off you will need to start to make arrows. (When you cut one log you'll get 15 arrow shafts per log.)
Get your woodcutting axe to cut a typical tree
After that get your knife out and use the knife on the log and you'll get a menu up and pick the arrow shafts.
Then get feathers from chickens, kill them, take their feathers and use the shafts on the feathers or vice-versa.
Go get your pickaxe and go mine tin and copper ores (id this is your initial time) and make them into bars and smith them into arrow suggestions (requires 5 smithing).
Finally use the arrow suggestions on the headless arrows and you got your arrows!!!

4. Making Bows
Well whenever you finally reach level 5 you may start making bows! Making bows is 1 of the most simplest thing to do and gets your XP up quick by doing this. This is how most persons make most of there money and get millions of gp!!!! So here below is how to make bows.
At level 5, start by getting a full inventory of typical logs
Then get your knife out of the bank and cut all of the logs into unstrung short bows
Go to Seers Village and pick flax and after go to a spinning wheel and spin the flax (lvl 5 crafting needed) to make bow string
Use the bow string with the bow and to make a strung short bow

5. Making Special Bolts
Think only fletching is for making arrows and bows? Wrong!!! You'll be able to also make unique bolts that's a lot more powerful then the regular bolt. You can make 3 distinctive bolts: Opal Tipped, Pearl Tipped, and Barbed Tipped Bolts. Below is 3 little guides the way to make them.
Note: You may only get normal bolts from the archery shops in Varrock and Catherby, too as from monster drops. Also respawns are in some laces inside the wilderness.
Opal Tipped Bolts:
Go to Shilo Village and mine some of the gem rocks there. You will want to have finished the Shilo Village Quest to get in.
Use a chisel with the Opal(s) to cut, and once far more to make Opal Tips. You get 2 ideas per gem.
Use the Opal Tips with some typical bolts, and you will have Opal Tipped Bolts.
Pearl Tipped Bolts:
Go fish some Oysters (tough to get some that have a pearl in them, but just maintain trying).
When you have an Oyster with a pearl in it, use a chisel on it and you'll get a pearl. Use the chisel on it again and you will have some Pearl Tips. Every pearl gives 2 suggestions.
Use the Pearl Suggestions on a typical bolt, and you have some Pearl Tipped Bolts.
Barbed Tipped Bolts
Go to the Ranged Guild and shoot at the targets until you've 140 tickets.
Go exchanged your tickets for 30 Barb Ideas.
Use your Barb Suggestions on some regular bolts, and you'll have some Barbed Tipped Bolts.

6. Making Darts
Darts is the last item that you can make in Fletching. Men and women do not truly make darts since they're difficult to make but not that challenging since all you've got to do is get some dart tips and put some feathers on them.
Note: You should have carried out Tourist Trap Quest to make Darts.
