How do I add power steering fluid to a 2006 Suzuki Forenza?
I've been having trouble with my power steering lately, so I'd like to see if adding some fluid would help. It's my understanding that the engines in these Suzukis are a bit different than most other engines. I know transmission fluid can't be added by regular means, but what about power steering fluid? Where are the dipstick and nozzle for power steering located?
I don't have a manual for the car.
Look right beside your battery and you should see a plastic container with a black lid with a pic of a steering wheel on it. It should also have a little meter on the side showing what level the fluild is at and how much to top it off. Not sure what kind of steering fluid you should use but any auto partshop can help you out with it. Note that if you see that the steering fliud is ok then you might have a steering pump going out or clod lines. Any good repair shop or thr dealership can tell you if that could be a probluem. good luck.
